Kyle Deitrich
I’ve been building things for as long as I can remember — from forts and treehouses growing up in the Pine Barrens to custom parts for quads and bikes. After surviving a traumatic brain injury in 2011, I began pursuing welding as a career and found purpose in creating and rebuilding through my work. Since 2013, I’ve been welding full time, starting with on-site container and truck repairs, moving into production welding, and later working as a welder and technician in a fleet maintenance and machine shop.
Over time, that hands-on experience across multiple trades led me to establish Freehand Fabrication LLC — a company built on skill, integrity, and problem-solving. What began as a mobile welding service has grown into a full fabrication operation providing structural, mechanical, and custom metalwork for commercial, industrial, and construction clients. We offer these services both on-site and in-shop, allowing flexibility for everything from field repairs to full-scale fabrication projects. Every project reflects the same mindset I started with — doing things the right way, with attention to detail, and pride in the finished result.
